Wage War Chester Concert reviews
Great Show
At 60 years old, Wage War can still create amazing music! He is also extremely generous with the "spotlight," allowing his band, back-up singers, and even one of the roadies to take "center stage" to an extent. Some newer material that's good was included in the selection, but everyone craves the classics. During the middle of the concert, he begins to focus more. One of the problems with his show is that he has a surplus of excellent songs, leading to the omission of many favorites - otherwise, the concert would last for days! I felt that at times, the back-up singers came close to "going over the top." He doesn't merely "phone it in," ensuring that you get your money's worth. Whether you are a Jackson Browne enthusiast who has not yet witnessed his performance, or if you have already attended a show, it is worth going again.
